🐟 Need a quick and nutritious dinner idea for tonight? Try this Creamy Trout Spaghetti recipe! Ready in 10 minutes with just a handful of simple ingredients, it's the perfect way to end a busy week. 🍝

Ingredients:
- 2 British trout fillets
- 350g spaghetti
- Butter
- 1 Garlic clove, crushed
- 225g Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- Salt and pepper
- 100g Baby spinach

1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, reserving a cup of cooking water.
2. Fry trout fillets in butter for 3-4 minutes on each side, then set aside.
3. In the same pan, fry garlic in butter, then add cream cheese, lemon zest, and seasonings. Cook until slightly thickened.
4. Add spinach, spaghetti, and reserved cooking water to the pan. Mix well.
5. Flake trout over the spaghetti, heat through, and divide into bowls. Enjoy!
