Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 British Trout Fillets
  • 1 tsp Cajun spice mix
  • Oil for cooking

 

Method

  • Rub each trout fillet with ยฝ tsp of the Cajun spice mix on the flesh side.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the trout skin side down for 4 minutes or until it starts to crisp.
  • Flip the fish over and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with a crisp salad.
