Harome Trout Farm is based in North Yorkshire, near the market town of Helmsley and close to the North York Moors National Park

We produce over 300 tonnes of portion sized Rainbow Trout per year for a major retailer and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our small team.

Harome Trout Farm is supplied by ground source water of consistent temperature allowing us to maintain a high level of production all year round which needs careful and accurate planning to fulfil the demands of the customer.

We are offering the opportunity for an individual as detailed in the Personal Profile below to fulfil an ambitious career path, to learn how to carry out the role and later advance to a management post while working along-side the other members of the team to put the production plan into operation.

You will work with the farm manager to learn production planning and to oversee the farm quality assurance, and you will work alongside your colleagues to learn the day-to-day operations of the farming process at Harome.

Previous experience is not essential, but may be looked on favourably, as we will offer full training for this role.
