Essential attributes:

• Experience in aquaculture or could suit a recently qualified student looking to start his/her career in fish farming
• Hatchery experience would also be advantageous
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve the systems and innovative processes in aquaculture
• Driver’s license
