1 x 125g fillet on loch trout
Jar of ready-made sweet chilli sauce
- Place trout fillet on a piece of tin foil or parchment on a baking tray and spread quite generously with chilli sauce.
- Place tray in a hot oven (190 C/Gas 5) for 8 minutes. The fish is cooked when it looks paler and opaque, and flakes easily.
Ready in 10!
Delicious served with your favourite salad such as tomato, cucumber and spring onion in a French dressing, along with bread to tear and share to mop up the lovely juices.
