Now spring has finally made itself known, we’ve been craving lighter dishes packed full of seasonal goodness.

Even with the best of intentions, sometimes we could all do with a bit of inspiration to help us live up to our new year resolutions. 

Did you know that one of the most common resolutions in Britain is to make time for breakfast?   We have all heard the mantra that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” so we were very interested to hear about Farmhouse Breakfast Week which starts this Sunday, 20 January, encouraging us all to have healthy, nutritious breakfasts.  Their catch phrase alone – “shake up your wake up” is enough to raise a smile and get you going!
